The community

The community is an internal social network reserved for learners and trainers at the Institut-Domi.
The aim is to enable students and/or teachers to communicate and share their knowledge.
You can also chat privately with teachers.
The news feed can be followed by the whole community to benefit from broader questions that members are also empowered to answer.

This is the choice you make when registering for the community.
You can change it at any time by simply e-mailing the management.

• “Display” : This option enables you to obtain all the above-mentioned benefits.
  If you display your profile, your account information (except progress and grades) will be visible to other learners who have also accepted the conditions.

• “Hide The learner does not wish to include the community in the first instance.
  You will not have any contact with the community, and will therefore not have the above-mentioned access rights.

It’s important to remember that this social network is reserved for Institut-Domi students and teachers only.
You can change your status at any time by sending an e-mail to the management.

You may not distribute access to this network externally. Failure to do so may result in a warning and breach of contract.

Support courses

Since January 2024 we have been offering two additional options with the “intensive plus service” and the “standard service”.
10 hours of coaching (6 explaining the structure and use of a distance learning course, 4 of private lessons) but also 10 hours of private lessons (mainly focusing on scientific subjects).

The hours of private lessons are structured as follows:
They are to be defined with the teacher concerned and can be adapted as you wish.

Coaching hours are broken down as follows:
On the first three days of each month, a 2-hour course is given on the subject of distance learning.
You can take these three block days at any time during the months offered, without them having to be consecutive.
another 4-hour pack (2×2 or 4×1) is also included in the form of a private distance learning course, depending on availability.

If these courses are not used during your course, there will be no deduction from the initial fee.

Report card and progress report

During the course of your studies, the Institut-Domi provides students who have subscribed to the “intensive plus service” with a semester report card, intended for the student and the person responsible for funding (unless the student is an entity, in which case the student is solely responsible for forwarding the report if requested), so that they can see how the course is progressing.

For learners who have subscribed to the “standard service”, a quarterly progress report and a half-yearly report card provide an even more comprehensive overview.
As with the “intensive plus service”, these reports will be sent to the student and the person responsible for funding.

In both cases, you’ll receive everything by e-mail.

These supplements are only available to students enrolled from February 2024.
However, for students enrolled before this date, and therefore not benefiting from such an offer, a contract modification is possible.
