What is the Institut-domi?
L’Institut-Domi, créé en 1968 par madame Solesio puis racheté par le groupe Lemania a fêté donc en 2018 ses 50 ans !
Passé Leader dans la préparation à la maturité Suisse à distance, l’Institut-Domi a assis cette position grâce à des très bons résultats lors les différentes sessions d’examen de maturité Suisse, été comme hiver, qui varient entre 85% et 95%.
En 2008, grâce au digital, un tournant important s’opère. Pour rester au top, L’Institut-Domi n’a eu de cesse de s’améliorer pour obtenir depuis 2020 le développement d’une des meilleures plateformes. Intuitive et complète cette structure a le double avantage d’être personnalisée pour l’Institut-Domi et supervisée par connect-i, une entreprise vaudoise spécialisée dans le développement d’application web. Un corps professoral fidèle, compétent et pédagogue vient compléter notre structure.
Being a student at institut-domi
At present, all courses are held on a custom-built e-learning platform. The institution offers fully distance learning courses.
Students manage their timetable and progress autonomously.
The aim is to adapt as much as possible to students’ availability and needs.
An e-learning platform has been developed in-house, containing all the theory broken down into modules.
It enables you to monitor your progress and grades, as well as retrieve, complete and return exercises.
All courses are accessible on the site.
Each branch is managed by teachers with at least a Master’s degree in their field.
They monitor students’ progress, answer their questions, correct their exercises and, on request, give private lessons via skype.
Maturité suisse
La préparation à la maturité suisse peut durer de 1 à 3 ans selon les besoins et les objectifs de l’apprenant. Durant une durée définie par l’élève, seules les branches des premiers partiels sont étudiées. Après avoir passé ces premiers partiels, les études se poursuivent avec uniquement les branches des 2e partiels dans une durée de 6 à 12 mois et le travail de maturité.
Peu avant les partiels des sessions de révisions en présentielles en collaboration avec l’école lemania sont mises à disposition.
Les partiels sont organisés par le SEFRI, ils sont totalement indépendants de l’Institut-Domi. Bien que tout au long de la formation les exercices soient notés, c’est à titre indicatif, seul les résultats de l’examen comptent pour l’obtention de la maturité.
Accounting diploma
Training for the accountancy diploma takes an average of 18 months.
It begins with the basics of Swiss economics and law, as well as business arithmetic, up to the level of the end of Maturité with a specific option in economics and law.
This is followed by an in-depth study of all aspects of accounting.
At the same time, the Cresus and Winbiz are explored in depth.
Assignments are graded throughout the course, but only the results of the final exam count towards the diploma.
Working for the Institut-Domi
Trainers
We are recruiting a :

- 1 of Biology
As a trainer for the Institut-Domi, you will have the FSEA 1 (or equivalent) and a master’s degree (or higher) in your chosen field.
Knowledge of distance learning or the Swiss Maturité system is an asset.
Part of the trainer’s role is to correct homework, support students and write theories and exercises to ensure quality.
Specifications are available on request.
Trainees
At the Institut-Domi, you can also take a one-week internship to discover the profession of mediamatician.
The proposed dates are as follows:
